Reuse my hard disk...
In most cases hard disks that have suffered faults, despite being restored, are often very unstable. However, if it can be reused our technical staff would inform you accordingly.
My hard disk is under guarantee...
It is possible that during the data recovery process the guarantee seal of your hard disk has to be broken, in which case the guarantee would become invalid. However, we would always inform you beforehand.
My hard disk is not under guarantee...
Recovery Labs has a hard disk recycling programme through which we will recycle your hard disk at no extra charge.
I make back-ups everyday...
Unfortunately, making back-ups is not enough. It is true that this reduces the risk of losing data but back-up systems require a huge amount of information in order to be effective since they must be configured specifically for the equipment on which they are to operate. There are countless situations that we have had to deal with where companies that have lost information on a hard disk have restored the information using the back-up, only to discover that the copy is corrupt.
